Parent Essentials & Policies
To ensure a safe and enjoyable time for everyone, please note the following:
- Supervision Ratios: Children under 8 must be accompanied in the water by a responsible adult (ratio: 1 adult to 2 children).
- Swim Assessments: All children participating in the obstacle course or swimming in the deep end may be required to complete a short swim competency test.
- Food & Catering: You can bring your own party food, or speak to our team about arranging a hot and cold buffet in the party room.
- Safety : You can rest assured that you are in safe hands. Our staff are qualified life guards who have completed the Royal Life Saving Society Level 3 Award in Pool Lifeguarding - NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) which covers all elements of Pool Rescue Techniques, Lifeguarding Theory, First Aid and CPR as well as the Royal Life Saving Society Level 2 Award in Automated External Defibrillator - (AED).
